Who we are? :We are a young and innovative company in the Chinese real estate market. I-BAY HOME has been created by two students graduated from French business schools: Mr. Fei XU (Euromed Management) and Mr. Frederic Giraud (Reims Management School). It has been established since 2007 in the city of Beijing in the full heart of Beijing Central Business District. During their academic stay and their many trips to china, the founders of I -BAY HOME had knowledge the difficulties that foreign students face in terms of accommodation, hence the idea of creating I-Bay Home, to offer international students a turnkey solution to help them find easily the best apartment that will fits their needs. I-BAY HOME takes you step by step through the process of your integration during your stay
Our mission and expertise :Being the 6th global destination for foreign students, China is pursuing its mission to strengthen the quality and the prestige of its academic education by concluding, in 2009, a hundred of new bilateral agreement with the foremost universities in world. With an average rate of annual growth exceeding 15%, more than 100,000 students from all around the world are already enrolled in various universities in China. However, very few services are available on the local market to welcome these international students and to facilitate their integration in China. From this statement, I-BAY HOME has position itself as a true companion in the integration of students in an exchange program / internship in China. Our SERVICE FEES :Unlike most of local rental agencies working on commission, we do not pretend our service is for free by increasing your rent with landowners. First and foremost, we commit to negotiate your apartment at the best prices for saving your money. The full package of our services, from the initial searches to your moving-in, add up to 30% of the first monthly rent, which is much more reasonable than the currant market rate (1 monthly rent). This fee is payable due the closure of your lease contract. In the other words, we will charge you for our services only when you are fully satisfied. Dose it make sense?
